Addus HomeCare completed the acquisition of Options Home Care from HB Management Group.

Addus HomeCare, a company specializing in home-based personal care services, completed the acquisition of Options Home Care, a provider of in-home personal care services from HB Management Group, a company focused on managing healthcare service businesses. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Consistent with our previously announced acquisition strategy, we are pleased to announce our continued expansion in the state of New Mexico with a strong local provider like Options Home Care,” said Dirk Allison, Addus HomeCare President and CEO.
