Centerbridge Partners and Alpha Bank formed a joint venture.

Centerbridge Partners, a US PE house, and Alpha Bank, one of the largest banks in Greece, formed a joint venture for the establishment of a servicer of Greek non-performing loans. Financial terms were not disclosed.
