Muswell International sold Jointed-Heart Catering Holdings, the holding company of the Tam’s Yunnan Rice Noodles chain, to Toridoll, which engages in the operation and management of restaurant business, for HKD1bn. The move marked Toridoll’s largest acquisition since its establishment.
