IK Partners completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Pinard Beauty Pack.

IK Partners, a pan-European private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Pinard Beauty Pack, a producer of high-end plastic bottles. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Pinard Emballages has demonstrated an outstanding growth track record, benefiting from its technical and operational expertise and from the quality of its staff. We share the common objective to continue the expansion of the Company via organic growth in France and in export markets as well as via selected acquisitions in Europe," Dan Soudry, IK Partner.
