Neutral Connect Networks and M/C Partners completed the acquisition of DAS Communications and 5Bars.

Neutral Connect Networks, an independent owner and operator of wireless communications infrastructure, and M/C Partners, a private equity firm focused exclusively on the communications, media, and information technology sectors, completed the acquisition of DAS Communications, a multiple wireless network company, and 5Bars, a neutral host distributed antenna system operator. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The financial commitment from NCN and M/C Partners provides 5 Bars the needed resources to continue to build and operate the large projects it has in its pipeline,” John Clarey, 5Bars former CEO.
