Neutral Connect Networks, an independent owner and operator of wireless communications infrastructure, and M/C Partners, a private equity firm focused exclusively on the communications, media, and information technology sectors, completed the acquisition of DAS Communications, a multiple wireless network company, and 5Bars, a neutral host distributed antenna system operator.
