The Carlyle Group acquired Praesisiad from CVC for $660m.

Global alternative asset manager The Carlyle Group acquired Praesisiad, an integrated perimeter security systems provider, from CVC for $660m. Michele Volpi, CEO of Præsidiad, said: “Over the last few years, Præsidiad has transformed into a successful high-security solutions provider protecting people and critical infrastructure across the globe.
