Consortium led by China Three Gorges acquired Empresa de Generación Huallaga for $1.39bn

A consortium led by China Three Gorges Corp., including Hubei Energy Gruop, ACE Investment Fund and CNIC Corporation Limited, in the proposed $1.39 billion acquisition of Empresa de Generación Huallaga from Odebrecht Energia del Perú and Odebrecht Energía.
