One Rock Capital Management has reached an agreement to acquire the FXI

FXI, a leading foam producer, announced that it will be acquired by an affiliate of One Rock Capital Partners, LLC from private equity partnerships managed by MatlinPatterson Global Advisers LLC and Black Diamond Capital Management LLC. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close during the fourth quarter of 2017.
