AIA completed its acquisition of CommInsure Life from CBA for $1.5bn.

AIA Group, a Hong Kong-based insurance broker, completed its acquisition of CommInsure Life, a life insurance unit from Commonwealth Bank of Australia for $1.5bn. “We are excited by the opportunity to bring together the strengths of AIA and CommInsure Life and are working hard with our partner to develop a new generation of products for CBA’s customers, which will deliver excellent customer outcomes."
