IFS to acquire WorkWave.

IFS, the global enterprise applications company, has acquired WorkWave. Financial terms were not disclosed. WorkWave is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service solution for the field service, last mile delivery and logistics industries. WorkWave primarily serves small & medium sized service businesses, with a specific vertical focus on Pest Control, Lawn & Landscape, Cleaning & Janitorial, Heating/Ventilation/AC, Plumbing & Electrical and Logistics. “IFS has made several acquisitions in the service market this year, which are helping accelerate our growth and extend our leadership in a market we have always believed in and remain committed to.” Alastair Sorbie, IFS President & CEO.
