Fernas Group completed the acquisition of Balıkesir Şamlı Wind Plant.

Fernas Group, an infrastructure and superstructure construction company, completed the acquisition of Balıkesir Şamlı Wind Plant from Aksa Enerji Uretim, a Turkish energy company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
