Lemro completed the acquisition of United Grinding Group, a manufacturer of precision machines for grinding, eroding, laser and measuring, from Korber Group, a strategic management holding. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our aim is to remain one of the market leaders, based on our broad and thus unique product portfolio.
