The EQT Mid Market US to acquire Clinical Innovations.

The EQT Mid Market US fund has acquired a majority stake in Clinical Innovations. Financial terms were not disclosed. Clinical Innovations is the leading global, pure-play provider of single-use clinician-preferred medical devices for Labor & Delivery departments within hospitals. Clinical Innovations is the largest medical device company exclusively focused on L&D.
