H.I.S. Co completed the acquisition of Jonview Canada from Transat for CAD44m.

H.I.S. Co, a travel and hospitality company, completed the acquisition of Jonview Canada, an inbound vacation specialist, from Transat, a leisure company, for CAD44m. "With this transaction, Transat has carried out the implementation of its strategic refocusing around its leisure travel operations in Canada and development of its hotel division. The sale of our Canadian incoming tour operator business will accelerate development of those key sectors," Jean-Marc Eustache, Transat President and Chief Executive Officer.
