Astrodyne Holding Corp. announced that it has been acquired by Tinicum, L.P., and affiliated funds managed by Tinicum Incorporated. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Astrodyne TDI designs and manufactures innovative, highly engineered power solutions for demanding applications worldwide.
