Laureate Education sold its institutions in Italy and Cyprus to Providence.

Laureate Education, the world’s largest global network of higher education institutions, sold its institutions in Italy and Cyprus to Galileo Global Education, a leading European private post-secondary education group owned by Providence Private Equity Partners, for €225m.
