McDermott completed the acquisition of CB&I in a $6bn deal.

McDermott, a provider of integrated engineering, procurement, construction and installation, front-end engineering and design and module fabrication services for upstream field developments worldwide, completed the acquisition of CB&I, a provider of technology and infrastructure for the energy industry, in a $6bn deal.
