Hg-backed A-Plan acquired Endsleigh from Zurich Insurance.

A-Plan Holdings acquired Endsleigh, a UK insurance broker mainly aimed at students. Endsleigh will continue to operate as a separate entity with the existing management team from their base in Cheltenham.
