JLL Partners completed the acquisition of Xcellence from Clearview Capital.

JLL Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Xcellence, an international provider of eDiscovery, data management and managed review services for law firms and corporations and operating under the trade name, from Clearview Capital, a private investment firm specializing in control and non-control investments. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have been very impressed with Bob and the entire team at XDD during our discussions over the past year and believe the Company represents a compelling platform in the eDiscovery space at a time when the growing complexity of litigation has made outsourced service providers like XDD more necessary than ever,” Frank Rodriguez, JLL Partners Managing Director.
