Apollo Global Management and Värde Partners to acquire 40.6% stake in OneMain from Fortress Investment Group for $1.4bn.

Apollo Global Management and Värde Partners, two of the leading private equity firms acquire a 40.6% stake of OneMain Holdings, one of the largest consumer finance branch networks in the United States, from Fortress Investment Group for $1.4bn. “We are delighted to be making a strategic investment in OneMain.
