Anglo American, a multinational mining company, sold its stake in Johnson Matthey Fuel Cells, its joint venture with Johnson Matthey, a British multinational speciality chemicals and sustainable technologies company. JMFC focuses on the research and development of fuel cell technology and has operations in the UK, USA, Japan, Hong Kong, Korea and Taiwan. Financial terms were not disclosed.
