Pera Capital Partners completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Bimser.

Pera Capital Partners, a Turkish private equity house, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Bimser, Istanbul-based IT company. Financial terms were not disclosed. With the new capital, Bimser plans on boosting its domestic and international growth targets.
