Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners acquired a majority stake in euNetworks

Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners, an independent investment firm focused on North American infrastructure opportunities, acquired a majority stake in euNetworks, broadband infrastructure provider operating in Europe and the US.
