Linda De Mol, the founder and creative force behind the LINDA., and Talpa Network, a media company operating television channels (SBS6), radio stations, and digital platforms, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Mood For Magazines, a publishing company that publishes the personality magazine LINDA., from Sanoma, a learning and media company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Sanoma has been a proud partner of LINDA. for over 15 years. We have seen the brand grow from a bold magazine idea into a leading cross-media platform. This divestment allows us to focus our resources on our core Finnish media and European learning business, while ensuring LINDA. finds a perfect strategic home within Talpa’s cross-media network," Susan Duinhoven, Sanoma President & CEO.
