CK Corporate Finance GmbH acquires Brauerei Diebels from Anheuser-Busch InBev

CK Corporate Finance GmbH, a business management consultant in Kronberg im Taunus, Germany, acquires Brauerei Diebels, a brewing company, from Anheuser-Busch InBev, a multinational drink and brewing holdings company based in Leuven, Belgium. Terms were not disclosed. Five months after the reported sale AB InBev confirmed rumors that financial investor Daniel Deistler and his CK Corporate Finance Group did “not meet all the contractual requirements for the completion of the transaction in mid-2018.”
