Modern Times Group to merge its Nordic Entertainment unit with TDC.

Modern Times Group, a digital entertainment company based in Stockholm, attempted to merge its Nordic Entertainment unit, the Nordic region's leading entertainment provider, with TDC in a $2.6bn deal.
