Spanish fishing giant Iberconsa acquired a majority stake in Pesquera Santa Cruz, an Argentinian fishing company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The deal makes Iberconsa a world leader in the production and distribution of Argentina red shrimp, as well as southern Atlantic hake.
