Agilent completed the acquisition of Advanced Analytical Technology for $250m.

Agilent Technologies, a global leader in life sciences, diagnostics, and applied chemical markets completed the acquisition of Advanced Analytical Technologies a provider of capillary electrophoresis-based (CE) solutions for the fully-automated analysis of a range of molecules for $250m in cash. This acquisition will enhance Agilent's existing expertise and technology while giving customers a more comprehensive set of solutions.
