Legal & General Group acquired a stake in CALA Group from Parton Capital for £540m.

Legal & General Group, a British multinational financial services company, acquired a stake in CALA Group, a large British housebuilding company headquartered in Edinburgh, from Parton Capital for £540m. Legal & General believes that CALA Homes has attractive growth prospects under its continued ownership based on Legal & General Capital’s long term approach to investing and the attractive market for housebuilding in the UK.
