Middleby completed the acquisition of Vemac.

Middleby, a commercial and residential cooking and industrial process equipment company, completed the acquisition of Vemac, a designer and manufacturer of handling, automation and robotics solutions for cooked or cured meat processing industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition extends our capabilities related to automation and robotics, providing for further opportunities to integrate our existing food processing equipment offerings.
