Google completed the acquisition of Tenor.

Google, an American multinational technology company, completed the acquisition of Tenor, a GIF-sharing mobile application. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition will enable Tenor to improve services for its users, API partners, content partners, and advertisers. Tenor will continue to operate as a separate brand.
