Vista Equity Partners acquired Allocate Software, the leading international provider of healthcare workforce management software, and its subsidiary Dynama Solutions from HgCapital. The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed. HgCapital realised cash proceeds of approximately £19.9m on completion of this transaction.
