NICE completed the acquisition of Mattersight for $90m.

NICE, a cloud and on-premises enterprise software solutions provider, completed the acquisition of Mattersight, a SaaS-based enterprise behavioral analytics software provider for $90m. "Our solutions drive significant business value for some of the most recognized brands on the planet, but we’ve lacked the resources to rapidly accelerate our growth.
