Agricultural Bank of China and TPG to invest in 91 Wireless Websoft.

Agricultural Bank of China, one of the "Big Four" banks in the People's Republic of China, and private equity firm TPG Capital agreed to invest in 91 Wireless Websoft, a China-based investment holding company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
