The Orogen Group invests $150 mln in ExlService Holdings Inc.

Davis Polk & Wardwell advised THE OROGEN GROUP on its $150 million investment in EXLSERVICE HOLDINGS INC. Under the terms of the investment, THE OROGEN GROUP is purchasing $150 million in aggregate principal amount of 3.50% convertible senior notes due 2024 of EXLSERVICE HOLDINGS INC., with an initial conversion price of approximately $75.00 per share, and Vikram Pandit, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of THE OROGEN GROUP, is joining EXLSERVICE HOLDINGS INC.’s Board of Directors.
