KAP completed the acquisition of Heiche Gruppe.

KAP, an industrial holding company, completed the acquisition of Heiche Gruppe, a company specializing in surface coating and finishing technologies. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Through this acquisition we have significantly strengthened our surface technologies segment. With the addition of Heiche we achieve an important technological leap, especially through the combination with our existing three businesses”, said Guido Decker, KAP Beteiligungs CEO.
