Apax Partners completed the acquisition of Expereo from The Carlyle Group for €320m.

Apax Partners, a British private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Expereo, a internet network and cloud connectivity solutions provider, from The Carlyle Group, a multinational private equity, alternative asset management company, for €320m. “We are delighted at the opportunity to further accelerate the growth trajectory that Expereo has enjoyed since the Carlyle investment in 2014.
