Cigna Corp acquired OnePath Life from ANZ.

Cigna Corp, an American worldwide health services organization, acquired OnePath Life, one of New Zealand's leading providers of insurance, from ANZ Bank, the third largest bank by market capitalisation in Australia. Financial terms were not disclosed. Gail Costa, Chief Executive of Cigna New Zealand, says this acquisition and strategic alliance diversifies Cigna’s distribution capabilities.
