The Growth Fund acquired a 50% stake in Soar Aviation.

Australian private equity firm The Growth Fund acquired a 50% stake in Soar Aviation, Australia's largest flight school. Financial terms were not disclosed. Soar Aviation founder and chief executive Neel Khokhani said the investment from The Growth Fund would support the company’s expansion plans both locally and overseas.
