Goldman Sachs-backed West Street Capital Partners and Hearst completed the acquisition of Slickdeals from Warburg Pincus.

Goldman Sachs-backed West Street Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Slickdeals, a consumer-driven deal sharing platform, from Warburg Pincus, a global private equity firm.
