Sale by X-Elio, a Spanish developer and operator of solar PV energy plants which is owned by KKR, to the Development Bank of Japan and Tokyu Land Corporation of a portfolio of companies that own solar power projects in different stages of development throughout Japan, which will have an aggregate generating capacity of 187MW.
