BelHealth Investment Partners, a private equity firm focused on healthcare investments, completed the acquisition of majority stake in Dermatology and Surgery Associates, a dermatology medical practice specializing in medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
