The American venture capital fund Abry Partners completed the acquisition of LINK Mobility Group for NOK 3.396bn, equivalent to €357.8m. Victory Partners intends to make a mandatory acquisition of the remaining shares in LINK Mobility at a price equivalent to the offer price of NOK 225 per share as soon as possible. The American venture capital fund Abry Partners has thus acquired LINK Mobility Group, the largest provider of mobile solutions geared at companies in the Spanish and European markets. “The purchase of LINK Mobility by Abry Partners, a powerful American private capital investment firm, will lead to a direct improvement for the Spanish market as far as communications and mobile solutions for companies are concerned,” Carlos Cadenas, LINK Mobility Spain General Manager.
