CK Hutchison acquired 100% ownership of Wind Tre from Veon for EUR2.45bn.

CK Hutchison, a Cayman Islands–registered multinational conglomerate headquartered in Hong Kong, acquired 100% ownership of Wind Tre, a leading mobile telecommunications operator, from Veon, a multinational telecommunication services company headquartered in Amsterdam, for EUR2.45bn.
