Aliaxis to acquire a minority stake in Ashirvad Pipelines from Poddar Family.

Aliaxis, a manufacturer and distributor of advanced plastic piping systems, has agreed to acquire the remaining shareholding of Ashirvad Pipes from the Poddar family, the founders of the company.
