ZTT completed the acquisition of Demirer Kablo from Saudi Cable for $67m.

Jiangsu Zhongtian Technology, which produces cables and accessories for communication and for power transmission and distribution, completed the acquisition of Demirer Kablo, a Turkish cable manufacturer and exporter, for $67m. Through the acquisition act, ZTT already a global brand cable manufacturer, pledged to take it to another greater height of quality and economic growth; integrating its current world-wide supply network adhering the “The Belt and Road” initiative.
