Aurora Capital completed the acquisition of Inhance Technologies from Arsenal.

Aurora Capital, a middle-market private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Inhance Technologies, a provider of fluorine-based material technologies, from Arsenal. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Inhance fits seamlessly into our strategy of partnering with a market leader to support their vision and accelerate both organic and acquisition-driven growth.
