Scout24 to acquire FFG FINANZCHECK Finanzportale for £254m.

Scout24, an operator of digital marketplaces specializing in the real estate and automotive sectors, agreed to acquire FFG FINANZCHECK Finanzportale, a German online comparison portal for consumer loans, for £254m ($312m). “We are happy to have Scout24 on board as our new parent company.
