DIF Infrastructure acquired 100% of Hospital de Vallecas.

DIF Infrastructure, an investment firm specializing in infrastructure investments, acquired 100% of Hospital de Vallecas. The Hospital de Vallecas project consists of the construction, maintenance and operation of the non-medical services of the Infanta Leonor Hospital under an availability based DBFM scheme granted by the Community of Madrid. Financial terms were not disclosed.
